DPM CH-DBC II Bulkhead Cleaner – 12 Ounce Aerosol is a non-chlorinated aerosol cleaner for use on alcryn and polyurethane new construction penetrations and split repair products. CH-DBC ll is used to remove CH-DRP, and CH-DBF II polysuifides when deaning up a project. CH-DBC ll removes silicon residue from the resins on injection molded products created in the manufacturing process. Effective for cleaning Fiberglass, and HDPE sumps, prior to installing bonding agents,and penetration fittings. When applied to alcryn and polyurethane surfaces, CH-DBC II cleans and treats the surface. This product contains heptane isomers, acetone and carbon dioxide. These chemicals, when blended to form CH-DBC II and applied to alcryn and polyurethane, activate the surface. When surfaces are activated with CH-DBC II, polysulfide’s will adhere to the surface such that the product will not peel. Polysultide’s must be scraped from alcryn or polyurethane surfaces when activated with CH-DBC II. CH-DBC II is a flammable aerosol and is under pressure. CH-DBC II may cause flash fires. This product is harmful if inhaled or swallowed and is an irritant for skin and eyes. When shipping CH-DBC II by airthe product is considered hazardous.
